How to request a Carer ticket
Purchase your own ticket first. (Please do not purchase a ticket for your Carer/PA.).
Submit proof of eligibility to our ticketing team at FIXR by completing the Accessibility Form
You’ll receive instructions and a link to upload your documents after checkout.
Once approved, we’ll issue a complimentary Carer/PA ticket linked to your booking. This will take up to 48hrs.
Accepted proof of eligibility
We accept one of the following:
- A valid Access Card with a +1 symbol
- Blue Badge
- A current award letter for DLA
- PIP
- Attendance Allowance (or equivalent)
- Impairment-specific registration card or certificate
- A recent letter from a medical professional confirming the need for substantial support at live events
